The house has several acres surrounding it a large veranda , Kitchen, Bathroom, 2 Bedrooms and a living area and an upstairs suite with bathroom. water and light are included. A great location for the practice of kiteboarding, paragliding, fishing, diving or snorkeling, kayaking, long walks, and ecological excursions on foot, bicycle, horse or boat. In the region there are Pataxo indian reservations you may visit, and if you like night life there are nightly shows, many lovely restaurants and shops in the center of Arraial D'ajuda and Trancoso.
